• Appointment requests submitted via our website, phone, or WhatsApp are subject to confirmation by clinic staff based on availability.
• Clinic hours are Monday–Saturday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The clinic remains closed on Sundays.
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule.
• We kindly request at least a few hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, where possible, so the slot can be offered to another patient.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, current symptoms, and any conditions relevant to your treatment. Withholding or misrepresenting such information may affect the safety and effectiveness of the physiotherapy care provided.

While Dr. Snehal Jadhav and the clinic team are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care, individual results vary based on the nature of the condition, patient compliance with prescribed exercises and advice, and other factors outside the clinic's control. No specific outcome or recovery timeline is guaranteed.

For home care physiotherapy services, patients are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and appropriate space is available for the treatment session. Additional charges may apply for home visits based on distance and session requirements, as communicated at the time of booking.
